Twelve Design & Build Ltd are an approved contractor to several commercial clients and carry out commercial contracts from £5000.00 to £500,000.00.  We are members of Constructionline and safe contractor as well as holding SSIP with Acclaim and CHAS.   We are always prepared to complete tender applications swiftly and competitively and welcome new client proposals.

 

We have completed the following for commercial clients:

  • Welfare alterations/adaptations(ramps, bathroom/kitchen refits/extensions etc)
  • Schools (Classroom refurbishments and extensions, re siting of mobile classrooms etc)
  • Industrial (Mezzanines, warehouse relocations etc)
  • Housing  (Repairs and Maintenance Contracts, planned maintenance, sheltered housing, warden controlled facilities.
  • Areas of heightened security (Hospital maintenance/repairs, police stations etc)
  • Insurance Work (Flood rectification works, fire rectification works, re builds etc.)
